A recent question was asked about intersectional peonies; it appears the caller planted some intersectional peonies in the same manner as you would a tree peony and one of them was not doing so well. Intersectional peonies are a cross between a tree peony and a herbaceous peony, but they must be planted in the same way as a herbaceous peony with the eyes under the ground 1" to 2". Tree peonies are planted with the eyes above ground. |
